Day 4 after Luke’s diagnosis of Type 1 Juvenile Insulin dependent Diabetes. Luke is 3.5 years old. He is tolerating insulin very well. It is a scary diagnosis, but he is doing a great job! We are so proud of him. For those of you unaware, there is no known cause, or cure for this type of Diabetes. He will have to get 4 shots of insulin a day, and check his blood sugar levels 5-8 times a day. Studies suggest that the occurrence of this disease is on a steep rise. Video Rating: 4 / 5
