Could I get diabetes from this diet?
Ok I am 13 and I love soft drink. I am not fat or anything, actually quite skinny, 50 kilograms.
I get a fair amount of exercise and I do eat healthy, no fastfood (maybe once a month if I am lucky).
I think today I had three 220ml glasses today.
So the question is, will I get diabetes from this diet?
Is it safe for a person without diabetes to follow a diabetic diet?
