I´ve just found out I am almost becoming diabetic. I am living right now in the middle of the Amazon forest, with no access to doctors. What should I avoid eating in order not to rise my sugar levels?

Cut down on refined sugar and high fat foods. Exercise regularly (at least 30 mins a day). If you are overweight, diet.
Don’t eat fruits that are high on glucose. E.g. Watermelon, grapes, etc. Eat almonds, nuts, etc. Protein is a good way to keep diabetes down but you will have to exercise to burn that intake.
Good sleep and exercise will help you control diabetes.
no fried foods grill all your meat. eat lots of veggies and fruit and stuff like that. if you bring it down wont’ be it will stand off couple years or more. should be testing blood 4 times a day to keep it down. the sugar at high generally will ruin your eyes heart liver etc. eventually.
