Well just eat some meat you preparred the day beforelike cold chicken. Maybe with some cheese. Some cultures eat fish in the morning like smoked salmon. Ort a can of tuna. Tose things are easy and would work.
Light yogurt, and rye toast with butter, cheese.
When I was gestational diabetic for breakfast I’d eat:
2 slices of whole wheat toast (about 13 carbs a piece) and 2 slices of turkey bacon.
2 corn tortillas with 2 or 3 scrambled eggs whites with a little cheese or ham.
1/2 large bagel w/cream cheese
2 Tablespoons of peanut butter with 2 slices of whole wheat toast
This is all I can think of at the moment. I hope it helps.
It is pretty easy to get 30 carbs for breakfast. Oatmeal is around 27, cold cereal with 1/2 cup of milk is about 30 (depending on the type of cereal).
1/2 bagel is usually 25
one english muffin (make it a sandwich with egg and cheese and a slice of meat if you would like, stick it in the freezer and micro it in the mornings)
fruit smoothy – could be anywhere from 30 for a cup on up depending on who makes it
Hard boiled egg(s) with whole grain bread.
3/4 cup Cheerios + 1/2 cup milk = 32g
Peanut Butter sandwich made on small bread = 35g
Oatmeal packets = 20-25g
Granola Bars = 25-35g
Pint of milk = 27g
Lean Pockets = 25-ish g

Microwaved beef wiener wrapped with a whole-wheat low-carb tortilla.
