She passed June the 22, due to diabetes and other illnesses. All I can do, from day in to day out, is cry and it is very hard to breathe, because my heart has been ripped out and torn to pieces. I can’t get any sleep at night. Is there anything I can do to help me cope with the loss of my grandmother? She wasn’t just my grandmother, she was my best friend. Thanks.

I really feel for you. My grandma was my best friend too. It take time but the hurt will lessen in time I don’t believe it will ever go away, but hang in there. I would find myself going to pick up the phone to call her, I missed my almost daily visits with her, it was hard, but it does get less painful with time.
