Your body has a healthy peacreas capable of righting the wrong, and if you spike too high with coke or which ever, your pancreas WILL secrete extra insulin and bring it back to normal faster than you can say "jack rabbit"...besides, your A1c will be normal. You would also be sent for follow up tests...how would you be able to fake them all? IF your friend is unable to make the line in the military...I'm sure they'll figure it out.
