I don’t think you can: I have never heard of anyone successfully getting disability at work for having diabetes.
IT IS VERY HARD TO GET DISABILITY FOR THE DYING SO A EXPERT DISABILITY LAWYER COULD BE USEFUL. CALL BINDER AND BINDER
it depens weather how the diabetes is controlled, if its poorley controlled and your trying your best to fix it its different. no matter where you work if u have diabeites your boss/supervisers need to allow you to eat when needed, check ur levels when needed and take insulin when needed, they can not discriminate against u because of ur medical condition
Diabetes, like any other medical condition, can prevent you from working if severe in nature. If you are unable to work at all due to your diabetes, then you are probably eligible for some sort of disability services. Contact your local social services offices to find out if you qualify for full disability benefits. Someone there is an expert and can definitely give you more help than you will find on this site.
Good luck and best wishes…
What the fucking ****?
Diabetes is not a disability unless they’ve already hacked off one of your feet or something. Grow up and show some responsibility and accountability for yourself!
