No, you need a blood test. However, diabetics have cloudy urine but that doesn’t necessarily indicate diabetes.

Urine is a lot of -recurrent ********* night and day, with large amount …it is waterlike in color and its tast is sweety and Ants coming to it if ********* done at thier places

Not possible.
The doctor will MEASURE your urine (using Urine Tests), adn that will give him a CLUE that you MIGHT be diabetic. The big clue is that your urine has sugar in it. but just like a glass of iced tea, you cannot tell your urine has sugar by LOOKING.
But the ONLY way to TELL FOR SURE if you are diabetic is to have BLOOD TESTS done at the doctors office.
There is NO WAY to tell by LOOKING alone.

Usually will be colorless and yes ants will flock to it because of the presence of sugar.

No you cant, maybe they are talking about the urine test that a diabetic person can take if they have a very high blood sugar level
