As someone else said, with diabetes you would have high blood sugar, not low. With diabetes (type 1) your body does not produce insulin anymore, so it can not release the sugar in your bloodstream to the cells in your body to give you energy, so you have high blood sugar. Type 2, your body doesn't process the insulin it produces very well.

I am not a medical person, but I always thought diabetes was HIGH blood sugar. I don't know if the symptoms you describe are due to high or low blood sugar, but they are not normal.

Frankly, I think you should see a doctor and report your symptoms. He/she can do tests to determine your situation. It might not have anything to do with blood sugar.

Definitely see a doctor for an evaluation. Your symptoms are not normal.

No, you do not have to have Diabetes to get low blood sugar - it's called Hypoglycemia. You can read more about it here: Your symptoms sound somewhat like it, but it could also be other things. I recommend going to a doctor if it continues, to be sure.
