Best answer would be to go to the doctor. In the meantime, she needs to eat and will need to go to the hospital to get an IV if she doesn't! Get her some medical care. She may have lost a lot of muscle with the weight loss which may explain the weakness and the lack of appetite. She needs to recover and gain strength.
